Power of Attorney
A power of attorney (POA) is a legal document giving one person the power to act for another person such as the ability to make decisions about a person’s property, finances, or medical care.
Last Will & Testament
A last will and testament is a legal document that communicates a person’s final wishes pertaining to assets and dependents.
Living Will
A living will is a legal document that specifies the type of medical care that an individual does or does not want in the event they are unable to communicate their wishes.
Guardianship Advice
Guardianship means obtaining the legal authority to make decisions for another person. A “guardian” is the person appointed by the court to make decisions on behalf of someone else.
