About Us

The Guam Elder Justice Center – Legal Assistance Program was created in partnership between the Department of Public Health and Social Services Division of Senior Citizens, the Guam State Office on Aging, and the Public Defender Service Corporation and began providing legal assistance services to our island’s Manamko’ in March 2021 as a limited term pilot program.  In October 2021, we officially became a permanent entity within the Government of Guam.

Our office provides legal assistance to those 60 years of age and older.  We are able to assist our manamko’ with four core services:  Powers of Attorney, Last Wills & Testaments, Living Wills, and Adult Guardianship.  We are also able assist our manamko’ with referral services if they have a need we are not able to directly assist with.

You may contact us at (671) 969-3131 if you have any questions or require legal assistance.

You may also submit your contact information on the Contact page and one of our employees will contact you.

Thank you!
